DPF 4-H Camp announces live musical performances for the 100th Anniversary Celebration!
Get ready to groove! We are beyond excited to feature an incredible lineup of musical acts at our Centennial Celebration at Dorothy P. Flint 4-H Camp! From high-energy dance beats to smooth jazz, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Chart Guthrie with Dance All Night will lead you in lively line dancing on Saturday night, perfect for getting everyone on the dance floor.
Don and Susan are a music duo performing familiar melodies of the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s, helping us celebrate our camp’s history through sound.
East End Jazz is the perfect way for you to delve into the world of Jazz and interact with a talented jazz trio.
Phil Firetrog Trio will draw you into ‘an experience' of sound, rhythm, and cadence.
SouthPawz Trio is a family band that will charm you with their jam sessions and classic rock.
The Dance Party Explosion Band will keep you on your feet all night long with their electrifying hits.
Join us for a day filled with music, dancing, and so much more at our 100th anniversary event! Whether you're here for the tunes or all the other exciting activities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable celebration!

VOLUNTEER CLEAN-UP DAYS + OPEN HOUSES
March: 9th ‘The Great Cabin Clean up’
Help us get ready for what will be the best summer of camp ever as we gear up to celebrate our 100th anniversary! Let’s get those cabins ready for our upcoming 2024 camping season. We’ll open up the cabins after a long winter’s nap.
Start time: 10am, End time: 2pm: Open to Alumni and current or local families
Open House: Set on 140 acres of natural beauty, Dorothy P. Flint is a welcoming and inclusive place within which campers have the freedom to build new friendships, explore nature, develop personal independence, and have fun, alongside our wonderful staff!
Start time: 10am, End time: 2pm: Open to ALL!
Day camp + over sessions available!
1st tour leaves at 10am
April: 26th-27th ‘Earth + Arbor Day’ Youth Sleepover!
Let’s celebrate Earth and Arbor Day by getting our outdoor spaces ready for the 2024 camping season! We’ll work on getting our Arboretum, camp entrance, central camp, and Lodge area with new plants and flowers for what will be the best summer ever!
Drop off is on Friday 4/26 @4:00pm, and Pick-up Saturday 4/27 @2pm. This is the perfect opportunity to pitch in at camp to help us get ready for our 100th-year celebration. Together we’ll rake, sweep, and swap our favorite camp memories as we spend the night in the lodge with our sleeping bags. It’s also the perfect opportunity to come and give camp a try!

May: 4th ‘May the 4th be with you’ Open house + Family Clean-up (RAINDATE 5/5)
Let’s get our program spaces ready to go! We’ll get the Nature Center, Art Pavilion, Lodge, and Farm ready for staff and campers to have fun and learn!
Start time: 10am, End time: 2pm: Open to Alumni and current or local families
Open House: This summer, unlock your child’s imagination with interactive outdoor adventures among 140 acres at the Dorothy P Flint Camp. Through science experiments, STEM, art, and creative play.
Start time: 10am, End time: 2pm: Open to ALL!

June: 22nd ‘Final touches’
Start time: 10am, End time: 2pm: Open to Alumni and current or local families
Open House: Your kids have waited all year for summer. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to offer a one-of-a-kind camp experience they can’t get anywhere else. Whether they join us for one week or all summer long, they’re in for an adventure that puts outdoor exploration, and epic experiences front and center.
